Every month, Ms. Dean will recognize two members of our incredible staff as Phoenixes of the Month. Staff members will receive a goody bag and some other fun treats.
For January, Ms. Dean is recognizing Nurse Cathy Pence and Mr. Cam Carte
Nurse Cathy does an excellent job helping our kids stay healthy. She has been a pediatric nurse for 36 years. She is married with two grown daughters and 2 grandchildren who are the apples of her eyes. Her advice to students is, "Get your education. You may not think it is needed but it will take you further in life."
Mr. Cam Carte is our high school social studies teacher. He has taught high school for 17 years and is a former basketball coach. He's married to his high school sweetheart and has 2 grown sons and a daughter-in-law. His advice to students is, “Trouble don’t last always.”
